The Ethical Corner

Here's another design I made in Bridgeport, "The Ethical Corner". This design wasn't actually planned like the other designs i have. I was just messing around with this lot near the bridge in Bridgeport which is located in 16 Dean Road, I deleted all the contents that was on the lot and then I messed around with this code "constrainfloorelevetion", If you haven't seen this before then check this link in my tutorial page. There you'll learn how to use this code, and how it actually works. So then there I was cutting off walls and stuffs, making arcs, doing something I haven't tried before. But then I have made this wall's and floor's like... Well I don't actually know how you call this but it is actually a floor inserted to another floor and between walls, hmmm.. it's kind a hard. But I like it, so then i continued making this into a house, and a modern one because it actually looks better that way. You can use this technique into another design but I think there's a limitation into how many floor's you can have in building a house in Sims 3 and I think it's 5 floors. In this design I used 4 floors, well actually the other floors are only half or 1/4 of it. I wasn't sure about this design at first because I was thinking that the Lot was too small for this project. So I had problems in dividing the floor area of the house, I wasn't sure if I'll have 3 bedrooms an 2 baths with 2 car garage fitted in this lot. But then I've managed to fit them all. I was planning ti place a pool at the back but it was too small. I actually have many ideas coming up for this project but i'll leave it to you guy's in improving this design. I will have more tutorials coming from "The Sim Supply" which is very helpful, a very detailed tutorial in how stuff's work in Sims 3. I hope I can make a tutorial for you guy's on how I made this project, I'm looking forward for that.
           It's lot size is 20X30, the lot is located at 16 Dean Road, well it's actually just under the bridge, here's a pic of the lot before I messed around with it...

Well it's not messy anymore huh. I improved it into a more elegant, a modern look residential lot. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and a 2 Car garage. It will cost your Sims a 78,159 simoleons if they'll get it furnished, and 50,686 if unfurnished. It looks good in the inside even though it's kinda small. So try this house and have fun. Here's the Perspective of the house. 

This is the Rear View, I didn't close the fence in this side so that they can have access to the sea where they can fish or something, well if they can. I just used the High Shrubbery fence to have  more green look in the exterior.

In this View, you'll see what I mean about "a floor inserted to another floor and between walls". I still can't explain it, better if you'll just download this project an see it for yourself.

This is the Deck of the house.

The Living Area is quit small but I managed to fit them with the TV mounted on the wall.

The Dining Area. 

This is the Kitchen, I haven't placed any stuffs in this area, it's up to you do add more stuff's in here. Well actually my target is to make the house much cheaper as it could be for your Sims.

This is the Hallway. I used the Penning Way Bookshelf as a divider of the area towards the bedrooms.

The first door in the hallway is the Bathroom. I used  the Far Out Wall Sconce to all bathrooms to make it look more  clean.

The Second door in the Hallway is this Bedroom, It's a Boy's room. Well you can change it if you like.

Here's the Third door in the Hallway, the Second Bedroom.

This is the Masters bedroom. I placed Limbo Windows on two walls, letting your Sims view the City lights while in bed.

This is the Masters Bathroom.

And finally the Garage. Cars are not included in the Download. I know your Sims have much better cars in mind.
