The Pale Thatch

           The Pale Thatch, another addition to my Budget Lots collections. I went downtown for a stroll when I saw this Octagon shaped shake stand and then bought 1 large size plastic cup of fruit shake. I was thinking about making a Shake stand in Sims 3, but then why not make a octagon shaped budget house instead. So I tried making one, and I used a 10X10 lot size, and placed it in Sunlit Tides, which really is suitable place to make a cottage beside a shore. I made everything very simple, I didn't even customized the color of the windows and doors. Almost everything was in stock.
        This house is very small, only one Sim can live here. It has 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. The price is below 16,500 simoleons, you starting budget after creating a single adult sim in Sims 3. The Furnished house will costs 13,409 simoleons and 11,480 if unfurnished. One more thing, there are no Custom Contents in my designs, I don't use this contents. So have fun with this design, download it, redesign it if you want. In this Side I placed a Bent Coconut Palm. It really suits the surroundings.

The Floor Plan of the house. And yes it is in Octagon shape just like the Shake Stand .

Stepping inside id the Dining Area. I didn't place a Living Area in here, it just won't fit.

Beside the bathroom door is the Kitchen. You can see how I fitted everything inside .

This is the Bedroom. You can actually use a double deck bed for a additional bed space.

The Bathroom is so small, I can't even have a good angle for a snap shot.

I placed a Grill outside for your Sims to enjoy.

Here's another shot of the Exterior  where I placed an outdoor chair and faced it towards the  open sea.
