      Playing Sims3 is an enjoyable thing but what makes it more enjoyable is being given the freedom to create characters, build homes and even take hold of the lives of these characters including their professions. With the vast number of things we can do with Sims, there is one thing that I loved the most and that is designing homes.

I always had this desire to design homes but I was unsure of what to use and how. When I learned playing Sims 3, it turned out to be not just a game for me but it became one of my passions – the passion to design Sims houses. There are already so many updates and upgrades for Sims which makes it a lot easier and enjoyable to design houses. That is why, I came up with this blog. I wanted to share my designs to those want to use it. So, aside from showing you what I have made, I am also letting you use my house designs without any charge at all. I'm Karl Gene. I’m just an average type of guy. I’m fond of playing PC games. I spend most of my time in front of my computer playing games, surfing the internet, watching game previews, and other stuffs that interests me. Sims 3 is one of my favorite, I’m always looking for more techniques in designing houses in Sims 3 and my goal is to build a much cheaper but a good looking house for you to download and install in your game.
