The White Brick

               A small bungalow in Sunset Valley, "The White Brick". It has a lot size of 10X10, the smallest lot size in Sims 3. If you haven't got a copy of this game, click here to grab one. The lot value of this house is below the starting amount of simoleons you'll receive after creating a single adult sim in Sims 3 which is 16,500 simoleons. If you want it furnished 15,730 simoleons is the price, but of course an unfurnished house is much cheaper which is only 9,502 simoleons.

                I have all the informations & details of this design below. I actually did not use any custom contents in this design. I have DLC's installed and yes i used some of the DLC's in this design. I also used The Sims 3-Outdoor Living Stuff'sin this project, click here to grab a copy of this expansion pack now. I also used code's like "moveobjects" and "disableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt" to make some details more realistic. This is the Perspective of the house, if you're wondering about the trees, it actually Fall season  when i started taking photos. 

Side View of the house, well not actually a side view, its more like a side corner view.

Here we are at the back door of the house, i placed the trash can here because it looks better at the back and not at the front. Some naughty Sims passing by just kick your trash can, well in this case maybe not.

This is the back view of the house. I used Stone terrain paint on the base of the house to make it look like more realistic.

The Sky Tile-Dark Grey roof color looks great on the house.

This is the Floor Plan of the house.

The Living Area of the house looks elegant with these furnitures. 

I used some codes in setting up the Dining Area. It actually looks good in the corner.

I haven't place any accessories in the Kitchen Area. I like kitchens to be clean and simple.

This is the Bedroom Area. I painted this room light grey for your Sim to feel relaxed when in bed.

The Bathroom is very light, i used some cheap items for this area. Painted it white with sky blue tiles.
